Five Upgrades for New BOB Revolution Strollers

NEW NOSECONE
Previous Revolution models have a fabric covered footrest and nosecone. It looked nice when it was new, but over time, dirty shoes mess it up and the fabric would tear. You can instantly tell a recent Revolution by the grey plastic footwell and nosecone that wipes up dirt and grime in a jiffy, keeping your stroller looking fabulous.

UNIVERSAL ACCESSORY ADAPTER
Premium strollers like Baby Jogger have universal adapters and now your BOB Revolution has one, too. What makes this so convenient? It's now very easy to add a child's snack tray or install a car seat adapter to turn your BOB into a travel system. I love it!

SAFETY TETHER
This change is one that's getting mixed reviews. Previous models had the safety wrist tether attaching at the bottom axle of the stroller, that way if you fell down, your stroller wouldn't tip over backward. Now the safety tether is attached to the handle, and now it's shorter. While the possibility of you falling isn't very likely, it's still something to think about. I'm on the fence with this one.


IMPROVED SUN CANOPY
The sun canopy on the BOB Revolution is one of my favorite features. It's huge and shades your child no matter what angle the sun is shining. This year's new model has improved the canopy by adding spring action to make adjusting it easier. New Velcro tabs secure the hood into place when pulled all the way back so that it won't flop forward. Imagine your little one seeing fireworks for the first time and having to deal with a floppy sun canopy. No more!

BETTER SEAT & HARNESS
Proper support for your child is important when withstanding bumpy terrain or the increased vibration of the road while jogging. BOB has constructed new seats out of water repellent heat-pressed open cell foam padding that is firm, yet soft to the touch. I like that this material is also waterproof for those inevitable spills. The 5-point safety harness can now be adjusted at the crotch, providing an improved customized fit as your child grows.
